Trevor E.W. Hickton Ltd, formally known as J.E.W. Hickton & Sons Ltd are a long established Funeral Directors based in Cradley Heath.

In 1909 Joe Hickton a well known carpenter, builder and local counsellor within the Black Country area, decided to open up the funeral home located in Lower High Street, Cradley Heath. His son William 'Bill' Hickton came in to the business in 1937, with Bill eventually taking over control of the business in 1957 after Joe retired.

Bill's son Trevor came in to the business in 1971. Trevor then took over T. Hadley & Co. Blackheath, in 1987, with the two companies running as 'sister' companies. Trevor took control of Hicktons after his father Bill passed away in 2001. In 2005 he changed the name to what it is today, Trevor E.W. Hickton Ltd.

Trevor's' son Ross came in to the business in 2007 and is now working closely with his father in the day to day running and conducting of the funerals in the long established family business still located in Lower High Street. In late 2008 Trevor and Ross took over the running of Richard Hadley Funeral Services in Halesowen. Carrying on the established business to the same standard and code of practice that of T E W Hickton & T Hadley. Trevor's other son Greg joined the business in 2010.
